|
- Provide administrative support to the RCD, e.g., office supplies, trips, flights & accommodation scheduling, admin IT systems, division's employees vacation & training schedules etc.
- Manage calendar of events and meetings.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Follow-up with the team on time bound tasks.
- Travel budget management.
- Prepare various Power-point presentations and Excel reports as advised by RCD.
Essential Skills - Be proficient in operating MS Office Suite especially Word and Project
- Have office management skills
Desirable Skills - Have time management skills
