Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the RCD, e.g., office supplies, trips, flights & accommodation scheduling, admin IT systems, division's employees vacation & training schedules etc.
  • Manage calendar of events and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Follow-up with the team on time bound tasks.
  • Travel budget management.
  • Prepare various Power-point presentations and Excel reports as advised by RCD.

Essential Skills

  • Be proficient in operating MS Office Suite especially Word and Project
  • Have office management skills
