The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Master's degree
- Have at least 3 years or more of relevant work experience would be preferred
Job Description
- Generate business from existing and new customers as per assigned target
- Liaise with pre-sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with budget team
- Work on proposals
- Follow-up critical service issues and keep strong follow up for issue resolution with relevant teams along with timely escalation where required
- Ensure revenue and retention as per assigned target
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding to sales, revenue and invoice clearance
- Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
- Conduct competitor's analysis and offerings
- Over look contract renewal/amendments and signoff
