|
-Oversee account management and retention Build relationships and develop rapport with the top tier of Tracker segment.
- Provide personalized services at customers premises.
- Sell new post-paid connections and Black Berry handsets
- Enter data of new sales/ deliver SIM cards
- Oversee activation / deactivation of Mobile Numbers, data numbers, VAS services etc.
- Raise network / coverage issues with technical for quick resolution
- Recommend appropriate credit limit to Credit & Collection team Oversee deposit/security management
- Monitor accounts for outstanding invoices and Black Berry receivables and follow-up with account contact person for timely payments
- Conduct Network Testing Survey as defined and enter it in
- Corporate Account Management System.Handle Promotion of new products and services
- Manage monthly reconciliation of accounts and mobile numbers
- Document all necessary entries in relevant systems (CRM etc.) |
