|
The ideal candidate should Hold at least a Masters degree, MBA will be given preference Have 2- 4 years of relevant work experience Job description - Provide services to SMEs/Individual club tagged accounts
- Carry out sales of new postpaid connections and BlackBerry handsets
- Maintain record of new sales
- Manage and retain assigned SMEs/Individual accounts
- Monitor accounts for outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments
- Document all necessary entries in relevant systems (CRM etc)
- Promote new product and services to Corporate Customers
- Maintain good relations and ensure they have no service or Black berry related issues
- Provide back-end support to the assigned team.
- Act as back-up for CAMs when they are on leave
Essential Skills - Should have strong communication skills
- Should have excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Should be capable to working individually as well as part of a team
Desirable Skills - Should have good presentation skills
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
