The ideal candidate should - Holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from a HEC recognize university
- Hold 1 -2 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Provide support to customer care for CRM related issues and perform daily operations
- Perform CRM (Siebel) Infrastructure/Administration related tasks
- Evaluate change requests raised by business and provide feedback
- Manage vendors on board and oversee inter-departmental communication to understand user requirements & develop solutions accordingly
- Evaluate new projects and provide feedback
- Perform end-to-end UAT and deployment in production
- Prepare SOPs for new functionalities
- Prepare queries in SQL & procedures in PL/SQL
Essential Skills - Should be familiar with application development
- Should possess excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills - Should have posses some knowledge of Siebel Administration, VISIO, Unix, Apache
- Should be a motivated team player
