The ideal candidate should: - Hold a Bachelors Degree
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in the Contact Center
Job Description - Handle operational activities over customer care service & sale counters
- Manage walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
- Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution
- Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer when in the role of Floor Greeter
Essential Skills - Should have strong communication skills
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office suite particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Desirable Skills - Should possess basic knowledge of Mobile Handsets
- Should be motivated and task oriented
- Should have the ability to manage and adapt to change
