Job Description - Handle operational activities over service/sale counters
- Handle walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
- Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer when in the role of Floor Greeter
- Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Masters degree would be added advantage
- Have 2 -3 years of customer care experience
- Candidate should be in between age group of 24 to 28.
- Be a team player, energetic, and must have command on multi-tasking.
- Candidate must have pleasant and presentable personality and even tempered.
Essential Skills - Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating MS Office suite specially MS Word and Excel
