- Have 3-6 Years of relevant experience
Job Description - Performs Integration of various end systems with CRM
- Develops interfaces between enterprise business applications/ enterprise business services
- Validates and tests for new business processes
- Oversees customization and technical documentation of projects
- Develop provisioning, billing and VAS interfaces
- Monitors applications and oversee maintenance
- Oversees business processes of upcoming project requirements
- Identifies performance bottlenecks and optimize processes
- Designs and Develops of various Change Requests
- Ensures 24X7 availability of enterprise service bus/middleware
- Coordinates with vendors and internal teams for efficient execution of operations
- Manages and trains junior team members
- Performs Database query optimization
Essential Skills - Should be efficient in TIBCO, EMS, Database, SQL, ESB, XML, Web Development
- Should be able to work under stress and pressure
Desirable Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
