|
- The ideal candidate should be BE/BIT/MBA having
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates having project management and telecom experience would be preferred.
Job Description - Management of projects from initiation to closure. Proactively managing the HLR capacity and carrying out reconciliations as and when required
- Creation of projects schedules.
- Arranging of follow-up meeting for closure of open issues.
- Developing SOPS as and when required.
- Review of team work and various artifacts produced.
- Weekly updates on the HLS capacity
- Weekly updates on projects needing attention
- Presenting weekly progress review meeting
- Team coaching and fulfilling necessary HR formalities
- Managing projects and programs for Mobilink’s strategic work streams
- Thorough understanding of all the Technical, and IT systems in Telecom Environment
- Responsible for Planning-Scope, requirements, deliverables, Execute-Direct & Manage, monitor and control, Launch innovative projects in alignment of Commercial line with key strategic business goals
- Sales Stock planning, activation and management
- Sim Lifecycle Management
- System Capacity Management i.e., HLS, IN by efficient reconciliation
- Developing SOPs for process improvement and efficiency
- Subscriber Life cycle management
- C-level reports and presentations
Essential Skills - Able to apply interpretative and creative thinking in relation to the scope of the projects and demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to embedding this in practice.
- Able to broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project and demonstrate the sensitivities required to balance and resolve the tensions in working with a wide range of contacts (both internally and externally at senior levels).
- Able to effectively represent the project and explain its purpose/benefits to the teams clearly and positively to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Demonstrate an understanding of the broader and strategic context of the Project and be able to interpret, influence and apply that into effective outcomes.
- Persuade stakeholders/customers to accept a particular way forward, sometimes dealing with resistance and negotiating to reach an agreed way forward.
- Able to lead and manage and demonstrate personal commitment, leadership and involvement throughout the Project as a ‘champion’.
- Able to draw upon the various skills and talents of different people both within and outside the Project to achieve its Deliverables.
- Communicate a clear vision of the future direction and role of the project and provide constructive and positive support.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the principles of managing people by valuing diversity and encouraging and supporting staff.
