Job Description
- Follow up with field teams for EAS Alarms and Site Path Verification.
- Coordinate with other departments like NOC and Corporate Affairs for any issues at the site regarding Energization, Logistics and Security.
- Analyze down time of sites on daily basis.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors to highlight pending issues and problematic sites to control outages.
- Follow up of sites audit visits on ownership sites.
- Integrate activities like Abis Additions, Ater Additions and Inter MSC DIUs.
- Liaise with BSS NOC L-II and NOC TXN L-II Issues for any critical Issues.
The ideal candidate should
- Hold at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer Science)
- Have 3 5 years of work experience in network monitoring filed including BTS/BSC/TXN
Essential Skills
- Should have sound knowledge of Telecommunication and GSM architecture
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially Word and Excel
