Develop and manage Franchises and JSP (retail CS) channels Monitor and improve performance of both Franchise and JSP channels Oversee Hiring, Training & Development of Franchise CCRs and JSRs/JSOs Manage inventory of SIM stocks by reviewing SIM inventory logs and ensure accuracy at all times Follow up on all current promos and offers and share with the team Perform scheduled and non-scheduled visits to assigned Franchise offices, JSPs and Branded Connects Ensure Franchise staff is updated on all processes and policies Coordinate with other departments to ensure franchise facilitation Update all concerns about the change in status of Franchises (suspended / relocated / closed etc.) Determine training needs for Franchise staff and conduct/ arrange regular trainings Conduct franchise performance analysis, generate reports and prepare feedback Ensure standard ambiance of Franchise Centers |
