|

- Have at least 3-7 years of relevant experience in the Telecom or FMCG sector
Job Description
- Develop and execute campaigns in coordination with all stake holders
- Be responsible for delivering product wise results (GA, ARPU,churn etc)
- Monitor sales channel expansion and development for business segment
- Develop and implement all elements of marketing mix of products assigned
- Develop tactical plan to align overall business strategy with on ground teams
- Analyze customer trends and devising products / campaigns to achieve all KPI
- Develop and execute BTL marketing campaign for respective business segments
- Monitor, follow up and analyze ongoing activities, projects, campaign and promotions
- Look for new business opportunities to grow the market and Mobilinks share of subscribers
- revenue
- Work on commercial development of current and future products, services and processes for
- target segments
- Conduct competitive analysis of products (SWOT) & propose necessary measures to increase
- sales, ARPU & decrease churn
- Develop business cases for new offerings, monitor product life cycle of existing ones and
- propose refinement (pricing, customer support, channel etc)
- Push for and be responsible for coordinating implementation of optimal and efficient processes
- for the respective products across different departments
Essential Skills- Should have knowledge of telecom value chain processes
- Should have expertise in product portfolio management
- Should have working knowledge of stakeholder management
- Should have strong command over MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
- Should have working knowledge of business customer lifecycle management
- Should have sound understanding of customer services and relationship management
Desirable Skills- Should possess strong interpersonal & presentation skills
- Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Should be able to work independently and in a cross-functional environment
