The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors Degree in BE Electrical, Telecom, Computes, Software, Electronic. With area of specialization: GSM / Systems (Linux)
- Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - HLS / HLR health checks
- Response to any complaint related to HLS / HLR
- Monitoring and Handling the Network Alarms of all HLS / HLR Core entities (Deployed NWD)
- Timely intimation to concerned teams about the service outages to handle customer complaints.
- Level-1 / Level-II O&M of all HLS / HLR core entities.
- Monitoring & Management of HLS/NT-HLR In house developed Application (HPI / Alarm System / Transaction Logs)
- Execution of work orders with appropriate procedures.
- Event and Post incident reporting.
- HLS / HLR subscribers complaints handling reported through feedback team.
- Pro-active measures for upcoming possible network risks.
- Implementation of network changes through proper change control system.
- Weekly HLS/NT-HLR Database Audit for removal of Data corruptions
- BULK Subscriber modification (Blocking / GPRS Activation / Services)
Essential Skills - Should be familiar with Systems (Linux / Solaris), GSM
Desirable Skills - Should have some HLR expertise
- Should be computer proficient
