IT-BPM Team Lead

The ideal candidate should

• Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Have 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience

Job Description

• Analyze, design and implement business processes automations/workflows using different technologies to facilitate different departments in Mobilink for their business needs/requirements
• Liaise between IT-BPM team and Other Departments (Internal customers/end-users) to understand and capture detailed information (like screens, forms/fields & outputs, etc.) for business process automation projects
• Participate in developing and implementing projects
• Conduct acceptance testing and end-user training in these regards
• Implement change requests and perform troubleshooting where required for business continuity
• Manage and support all such business applications when and where required

Essential Skills

• Should have hands on experience in using Ultimus for business process management
• Should have hands on experience of Share Point for forms, surveys, websites, workflow, repositories development.
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft Technologies specially Dot net development
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Should be task oriented with focus on deliverables
• Should be able to travel frequently
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
