Job Description
  • Lead HR business partnership team with 03 direct reports.
  1. HR Business Partner Commercial
  2. HR Business Partner Technical
  3. HR Business partner G & A
  • Work as a bridge between line management and HR functions for ensuring quick turnaround time on all HR services transactions.
  • Act as an Adviser to line on strategic HR and organizational matters.
  • Closely work with corporate teams of HR (Recruitment, compensation and Organizational development) for catering to the requirements of business while remaining in the KPIs.
  • Work closely with the top tier for continuously improving HR processes and ensuring feedback is gathered to respond to current and future challenges of business.
  • Manage employee engagement and ensure proper utilization of funds while coming up with unique and divisions focused programs.
  • Ensure that regular status updates are shared with the management on the progress of all activities relevant to HR function.
  • Manage team for successful implementation for Organizational development initiatives for culture advancement and talent management.
  • Ensure effective management of new joiners induction and orientation for projecting Mobilink as an employer of choice.
  • Review and propose changes to the management where ever required and help tailor best HR solutions to the business needs.
  • Involvement in the interviewing process for recruitment at senior level.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
