The ideal candidate should Hold an MBA degree from a reputed local/foreign institution Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience Job Description Develop relationships with the external stakeholders for MFS Develop customer incentive plans exclusively for this area of MFS Coordinate with organizations to plan and execute MFS product roadmap Take organizations on-board for salary disbursements of their employees. These organizations primarily include small and medium private companies, with employees having salaries within transactional limits of SBP Negotiate with all external partners to make Mobilink MFS business case as profitable as possible, with a focus on enhancing revenues and business volumes Develop synergies with partners to offer joint products and co-branding Liaison with retail and chain organizations to plan the MFS product roadmap and take these partners to integration point to further enhance the product portfolio, by introducing 3rd party payments, ATM payments, retail payments etc Essential Skills Should possess good negotiation skills Should possess excellent presentation skills Should exhibit excellent communication skills Should be proficient in MS office, specifically MS Excel and MS Project Desirable Skills Should be a valuable team player
