|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, and a MBA would be preferable
- Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Design and develop products for the enterprise segment including applications, bundled third party voice + data solutions, messaging and mobility solutions etc
- Manage end to end product and service bundling
- Overlook billing, charging and design of enterprise services
- Coordinate with the enterprise presales teams for deployment of services and their training
- Assist the sales teams in gathering feedback for modifications in product design to enable development of tailored solutions for the enterprise segment
Essential Skills - Should possess sound product design knowledge
- Should possess good analytical skills
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially in MS Excel
Desirable Skills - Should have knowledge of product packaging, channel management and pricing
- Should possess an understanding of customer and product data and related applications
- Should possess an understanding of the telecom market; GSM and fixed line
- Should possess an understanding of new technologies and handsets
