Manager Infrastructure Sharing Operations

The ideal candidate should

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Have at least 5 years of wireless/telecom/ IT industry experience

Job Description

• Manage day to day operations of infrastructure sharing activities, negotiate and settle impediments with internal/external customers and ensure high visibility
• Lead a team of infrastructure sharing operation executives
• Maintain database of all operational transactions related to infrastructure sharing business
• Ensure timely reconciliation of technical data with internal and external customers per SLA
• Ensure timely closure of all operational items within contractual timelines
• Maintain physical and logical record of business documents
• Reviews and Improve processes to improve turn-around time
• Maintain cordial relations with internal and external customers
• Respond to and follow up on internal and external queries related to business
• Maintain quality in all correspondence conforming to highest level
• Monitor and report on all operational activities to agreed circulation list
• Liaise and attend meetings with internal and external interfaces necessary to ensure smooth operations of infrastructure sharing business

• Should be proficient in Intermediate Excel
