|
The ideal candidate should - Hold at least a B.E in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics
- Have 5 years of work experience in the telecom sector
Job Description - Monitor FLM vendor activities for outsourced part (Telco/non telco services at BTS sites + Non telco at MGW)
- Monitor network & TCH availability as per assigned KPIs
- Ensure departmental targets related to BSC availability, T-prime sites, regional OPEX & CAPEX are met
- Ensure rollout targets agreed with engineering & PMO are met
- Regular interaction with commercial team, giving due priority to their concerns
- Follow-up & escalation of regional issues & requirements with management & planning
- Resource management, keeping in mind spares/consumables availability &
- budgetary targets
Essential Skills - Should be a team player
- Should have experience in Access Network Operations and Managed Services
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Should be able to display a positive attitude towards the profession
- Should possess strong follow up and coordination skills
- Should possess strong analytical skills
Desirable Skills - Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Should have previous experience in BSS or Transmission network O&M operator or vendor
- Preferably, should have some exposure to finance and budgeting
- Should possess a strong proactive approach and be attentive to details
