|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom
- Have at least 7 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Utilize budget and resources efficiently
- Monitor fuel consumption & control theft
- Integrate new NEs in Core & Access network
- Monitor and evaluate OSVs performance in PM/CM
- Ensure PMCL Network health (Core & Access) as per defined standards
- Resolve internal customers (NOC, OCN, CP, OPT) complaints in defined MTTR
- Ensure achievement of OAN KPIs (NW-AVL, TCH AVL, DOWN Sites for more than 24 hours, Alarm reduction) and other targets
- Oversee and manage spares utilization and R&R cycle, analysis & rectification of root causes to minimize fault rates vigilantly
Essential Skills - Should have strong presentation skills
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have effective vendor management skills
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point
Desirable Skills - Should have strong project management skills
- Should have powerful strategies to manage stress
