Job Description Design superior customer experience for MFS products Contact and coordinate with third parties for retail payments Train internal stakeholders on the technical side and the platform Gather customer requirements and raising new CRs on the Platform Enhance Capacity of the service based upon the forecasted transactions Look after the new product development on the branchless banking platform Develop policies and procedures to be followed by our customer care teams pertaining to MFS Work with Technical teams for the development and integration of alternate delivery channels Gather detailed product development requirements from internal as well as external stakeholders Develop innovative products and services within the MFS arena, to enhance the product portfolio, with a focus on enhancing revenues and uptake Essential Skills Should be proficient in MS office, specifically MS Excel and MS Project Should possess excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills Desirable Skills Should be a valuable team player
