| Job Description: |
|
- Manage usage and recharges Assurance in prepaid segment
- Close coordination with internal teams for getting the jobs done smoothly
- Timely detection of all anomalies and issues, adopting preemptive approach
- Manage Subscription Assurance in the areas of postpaid, prepaid and data services
- Ensure provision of daily/monthly dashboard reporting through BI Tool for management
- Deploy test call generator (ACG) and implement new sources in revenue assurance system
- Follow-up with respective department to ensure that anomalies are fixed in timely manner
- Ensure smooth performance of the team and align their work with department targets and company's goals
- Manage and ensure traffic Assurance in the areas of Postpaid, Prepaid, International roaming, VAS and Data services
- Be responsible for department organization, hiring, training and motivating personnel and conducting performance appraisals in his area
- Ensure risk assessment of every product and address the possible impact on RAKPIs / Systems. Address and mitigate all risks in timely manner
- Regularly review RA activities, company-wide processes and procedure. Provide suggestions for improvement and ensuring implementations, taking management in confidence
- Implementation of new source in Revenue Assurance system and fine tuning on regular basis for existing RA controls. Ensure transfer of all activities /reconciliations to BI Tool through a smooth transition process
- Escalate issues and reporting of abnormal situation to management and respective departments for resolution/investigation. Ensure thorough investigation before raising any alert/alarms to other departments
Essential Skills - Should possess sound knowledge of B.I. Tool
- Should have advance level skills in SQL and Oracle DB
- Should be an advance level in operating MS Office suite
- Should have working knowledge of network and IN platforms
- Should possess expertise in revenue assurance tools and systems
- Should have the ability to evolve strategy for risk mitigation and avoid revenue losses
- Should have working knowledge of key risk areas that can hamper revenue/cost in term of losses
- Should have deep insight in developing and implementing RA preventive/detective control framework
- Should have extensive knowledge of telecom business processes & systems and should be able to identify the gaps which hampers RA KPIs and has worked on various IN Platforms
