|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors Degree in engineering preferably Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Job Description - Assure BSS level2 maintenance
- Issue outage root cause reports
- Issue Work orders for OAN team
- Assure BSS technical support for OAN team
- Investigate & troubleshoot all BSS problems
- Assure BSS hot-line for all OAN engineers 24/7
- Analyze, manage and solve BSS complains raised by QOS
- Issue reports concerning normal or abnormal BSS actions
- Coordinate and follow-up all planned works on BSS equipment
- Responsible for the BSS database management at the entire network level
- Participate in corrective maintenance when OAN teams are not able to do it
- Check and implement all Work Orders (WOs) issued by Planning and deployment teams
Essential Skills - Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
- Should possess strong knowledge of BSS Architecture
Desirable Skills - Should be a team player
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have time management skills
