|
The ideal candidate should: - Hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, with Electrical/Electronic, or Telecom as area of specialization
- Should have 3-5 years of work experience
Job Description - Provide technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Execute work orders regarding DB addition /deletion/modification on NSN, HUW & Tekelec STP nodes,
- Performance analysis of core network KPIs and to suggest remedial solutions accordingly.
- Consult with vendor for queries and solutions
- Follow-up on incidents registered/escalated to vendor and to resolve issues smoothly.
- Update departmental reports and portals, record of planned/ unplanned outages and core network activities.
Essential Skills - Should have strong knowledge GSM call flows and procedures
- Should have strong knowledge of IR call flows and procedures
- Should have strong knowledge of GSM/IP/Sigtran protocols
- Should have strong knowledge of core networks
- Should have excellent analytical skills
- Should have the ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Should secure good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Should have knowledge how to use protocol analyzers and to read protocol traces K15/wire shark/Huawei Traces
Desirable Skills - Should be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Should have hands on experience on Huawei and NSN core N.E.s
Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office (Office/word/Excel/Power point/Project)
- Computer programming skills in VB, C++
