| Job Description: |
|
- Analyze down time of sites on daily basis
- Conduct sites audit visits on ownership sites
- Conduct rectification of all level 1 TXN/BSS/ENV
- Perform preventive and corrective activities in the assigned area
- Keep strong follow up with field teams for EAS Alarms and Site Path Verification
- Carry out site health checks, VSWR removal and stats analysis relating to hardware
- Should be Power expert and can handle power related issues on PMCL sites efficiently
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors to highlight pending issues and problematic sites to control outages
- Coordinate with other departments like NOC and Corporate Affairs for any issues at the site regarding Energization, Logistics and Security
Essential Skills - Should possess working knowledge of ALU BSS O&M
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office suite
- Should have hands on experience on Alcatel/NEC BSS equipment
Desirable Skills - Should be highly energetic and willing to work in field
- Should have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
