The ideal candidate should: Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering from an HEC recognized university Have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with specialization in Electrical / Telecom / Electronics Job Description - Conduct BSC level CM activity
- Conduct HOTO of new entities
- Carry out site audits/Integration
- Monitor FLM vendor activities for outsourced part (Telco/non Telco services at BTS sites + Non Telco at MGW)
- Monitor network & TCH availability as per assigned KPIs
Essential Skills - Should have a firm grip on Network O&M
- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite and Networking
- Should possess strong follow up and coordination skills
Desirable Skills - Should have experience in BSS or Transmission network O&M Operator or vendor
- Local residents will be preferred
