- Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Manage configuration of enterprise mobile product plans
- Manage end to end post-paid/prepaid products and customer lifecycle
- Develop acquisition strategies for Corporate, SME, SOHO customers
- Ensure profitability of voice/GSM sub-segments
- Lead and monitor customer rewards initiatives
- Coordinate with segment teams across the corporate division to achieve targets
Essential Skills - Should possess sound product design knowledge
- Should possess good analytical skills
- Should have an intensive service delivery approach
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially in MS Excel
Desirable Skills - Should have knowledge of branding, channel management and pricing
- Should possess an understanding of customer and product data and related applications
