Job Description Document identified issues, their analysis and resolution details Design, develop and audit KPIs in PM systems and signaling tools Liaise with respective departments for timely problem resolution and improvement Determine subscriber perceived end-to-end network quality of service through statistical performance analysis Identify network problems using major KPIs, signaling analysis and recommend changes for performance improvement Frequent audit of RF parameters, identifying the mismatched definitions and raising up with respective teams for correction Perform regular reporting, monitoring, trending and analysis of voice and data KPIs from performance management tools and signaling systems Conduct impact analysis before and after major network changes, activities, new promos launch and provide recommendations for possible preventions Essential Skills - Should be committed
