Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold at least a Bachelors or a Master’s degree
  • Have at least 3 years or more of relevant work experience;up to one year of working experience at front end customer care (direct customer handling) would be preferred
Job Description
  • Assist the Director Customer care on routine matters and liaison with different departments for team facilitation and providing support on on-going matters
  • Manage different events and award ceremonies of customer care and Franchise sector
  • Manage network meetings with Technical department
  • Coordinate activities proactively
  • Provide support to Regional teams in document management, new hiring, inventory management of Different products and Special numbers
  • Maintain files and approval record of the whole regions claims
  • Handle customers in case of hyper customer who visits the Regional Director

Essential Skills

  • Have strong coordination, administration strong and follow-up skills
  • Should possess excellent communication skills
  • Should be reasonably proficient on using MS Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Should have good project management skills
  • Should have good interpersonal skills for customer handling
