Job Description:
The scope of responsibility spreads across complete south region covering employee strength of around 1000.
Head the regional HR and Admin team with the following direct reportees:

1. Manager Admin Services

2. Manager Facilities and Build outs

3. Manager HR - Employee Services

Ensuring implementation of corporate HR strategy and regional employee services

Laisie with HR expert teams and HR Business partner teams to deliver superior employee services

Providing professional advice to and facilitate line on people management, hiring, skill enhancement and promoting a healthy working environment.

Manage lay out, office renovation and consolidation assignments based on given requirements

Manage equipment, assets, power and utilities including their repair and maintenance

Conduct site surveys & supervise Admin build out projects

Supervise Genset operations at regional office

Manage verification & quantity survey of build out projects

Oversee management of relevant systems, automation and quality of service

Provide transport / food services to internal staff .

Facilitate internal employees with a service oriented attitude

Ensure safety and maintenance of capital assets

Manage events, handle travel, general support services, arrangement of office meetings and protocol issues

Mange and supervise the services of support staff (Tea boys / drivers)

Ensure timely receipt and payment of monthly bills from the regular vendors of South Region

Maintain proper inventory of the office stationery with efficient control system
