|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelor/Masters degree preferably in Computer Sciences
- Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the IT Support Environment. Experience in IT Service Management will be preferred.
Job Description - Provide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, Systems and Security Trouble-Shoot and manage Incidents
- Apply previous hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machines
- Coordinate with different functional teams
- Manage IT Assets
- Provide IT power infrastructure support (High end UPS)
- Provide IT Customer Service support to the end users
- Incorporate the working knowledge & information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment
Essential Skills - Experience of managing teams or at least been a part of large teams
- Complete understanding of ITIL environment
- Understanding of System Admin Procedures and IT Service Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving, analytics and presentation skills
- Sound co-ordination and follow up skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
- Be proficient in English
- Be a Team player, dynamic and organized
