| Job Description: |
|
- Handle Level 1 and 2 support to ensure the O&M of the telco and the non-telco parts within the SLA time
- Streamline O&M processes (SOPs) and procedures
- Work proactively on the customer KPIs
- Manage the multidimensional teams and large scale operations
- Manage the O&M of Telecom Operators and service operations of telecom vendors
- Work independently as per defined process
Essential Skills - Should be familiar with O&M processes
- Should be able to work well in a fast-paced and multi-culture dynamic environment
- Should possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Should have good coordination and organizational skills
- Should be able to travel frequently on a short notice
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office suite
