|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication)
- Have 7 years of Managerial and 10-15 years of experience in the Operations department
Job Description - Handle budgets and resources to meet the KPIs while taking on special projects
- Familiar with Telecom O&M role completely and able to handle level 1 and 2 support in order to ensure the O&M of the Telco and non-telco part with in the SLA time
- Streamline O&M process (SOPs) and procedure
- Proactive to work on the customer KPIs for PM, CM etc
- Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or managed services operations of telecom vendors
Essential Skills - Should be available to travel frequently in short notice
- Should be a team player with ability to take up a leading role
- Should possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills
- Should be able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment
- Should be familiar with O&M processes and large scale operations management
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Power point and MS Excel
Desirable Skills - Should have good communication skills
- Should possess excellent negotiation skills
