|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Masters degree preferably in business administration (MBA)
- Have a of minimum10-12years for relevant experience in Sales & Distribution (preferably with an FMCG or Telecom company)
Job description - Manage sales KPIs from respective sales channels i.e. franchises/National Distributors through team dynamics
- Review the business trends and take corrective actions
- Oversee preparation and dissemination of daily sales reports
- Maintain and develop comfort level between respective franchises/National Distributor/Regional Distributors and retailers through consistent visits
- Manage effective Market Intelligence system
- Plan and Roll out Regional promotions
- Manage Retail Sales blitz activities through respective sales channels
- Ensure sales team development through regular trainings & meetings
- Conduct franchise management & development
- Ensure effective implementation of MSFRDE system
Essential Skills - Should possess good retail channel management skills
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
- Should be fluent in the local language (Pashto)
Desirable Skills - Should have strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should possess strong business acumen
