- Have 2 - 4 years of experience in customer interaction
Job Description
- Carry out Customer Satisfaction Surveys through outbound calls
- Manage Daily Data distribution and target assignment
- Compile weekly and monthly survey reports
- Ensure that daily & weekly targets are accomplished
- Communicate with different teams for day to day tasks
