Be responsible to achieve assigned sales targets through franchise sales channel.
Further develop retail channel by implementing MSFRDE (Managing supervising franchise retail distribution effectiveness)
Increase Top Up by maintaining buffer stock at retail level
Oversee training and development of distribution officers to increase productivity
Monitor competition activities. Maintain strong relation with franchise and key customers (retailers) |
