The ideal candidate should: - Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering /Telecom/Wireless communications/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science
- (MS would be preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3.5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Analyze statistical trends for network KPIs
- Execute reporting responsibilities to extract stats and formulate reports
- Fine tune RF database parameters
- Identify QOS related issues
- Perform Drive Tests
- Monitor assigned areas and apply Optimization techniques for KPI Improvement
- Manage RF Optimization Projects that involve coordination with vendor and other departments
- Carry out visits for customer complaint resolution
Essential Skills - Should have a firm grip on GSM/GPRS/EDGE technology along with good hands-on experience with reference to RF optimization tools and processes
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Should secure good analytical skills
Desirable Skills - Should have experience in Motorola/Alcatel-Lucent /Huawei /Ericsson BSS along with good knowledge of A-interface
- Should have software programming skills
