Rollout Engineer

The ideal candidate should

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Have at least 7 years of relevant work experience in Civil, Electrical, and Grounding

Job Description

• Maintain and prepare daily progress report
• Hand over new Macro/Micro site to vendors for Kickoff
• Conduct frequent visits of sites for rectification of snags
• Monitor and supervise MBTS installation, and repeater sites
• Resolve Production related issues requested by OAN and other departments
• Responsible for handing over of sites to OAN after completion of 100% work
• Conduct JV with acquisition team and ensure preparation and submission of annexure
• Visit factory frequently to check fabrication and galvanization of Mast/tower materials
• Prepare site inventory reports of relocation sites and monitor delivery of materials in WH
• Coordinate and manage sharing sites build out with other operators representatives at site
• Monitor and supervise build out activities of Macro, Micro sites including civil, electrical and grounding works
• Responsible for site dismantling activities and preparation of inventory reports of materials transported to Warehouse
• Participate in resolving owners issue with the coordination of acquisition team regarding Production related matters

Essential Skills

• Should be proficient in MS Office and Auto CAD
• Should have experience of site swap and site sharing activities
• Should have knowledge of site selection for Macro and Micro sites
• Should have knowledge of civil work and steel structure, especially communication towers
