Job Description:
  • Analyze the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically review them for correctness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor the budget throughout the year for monthly and quarterly group management reporting.
  • Ensure Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Internal Management Reporting.
  • Conduct Month end estimation of Profit & Loss Account for Internal Management prior to closing.
  • Analyze estimates from all departments regarding their business plans.
  • Rationalize Business Plan inputs and suggest suitable inputs.
  • Consolidate Business Plan models for submission to Parent Company/ Higher Management.
  • Carry out sensitivity analysis for Business Plans.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of various costs such as COGS, OPEX and CAPEX for cost optimization.
  • Gather data regarding the industry best practices to facilitate the assessment of efficiency of costs.
  • Regularly meet with the stakeholders to ensure that the initiatives identified are properly and timely implemented.
  • Update the status and identify the actual savings as a result of implementation of the initiatives highlighted as a result of the analysis of the costs.

The ideal candidate should

  • Hold a Masters degree Preferably MBA from a reputable university or a Qualified Chartered Accountant. Candidates with Telecom experience will be preferred
  • Have minimum eight years of relevant experience

  • Should have strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Familiarity with tools, concepts & methodology of business analysis
  • Come up with out of the box solutions to fix issues
  • Advanced level proficiency in operating MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sound co-ordination and follow up skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
