The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Sciences/Information Technology
- Have at least 12 years of relevant work experience
Job description - Handle IR matters
- Manage relationship with vendors
- Coordinate with other teams & departments
- Manage & Handle Emergency support on 24x7x365 basis
- Monitor Network performance management all KPIs related to Circuit & Packet Core
- Manage Network configuration on HLRs, MSC/VLRs, MGWs, STPs, Packet Core Network elements
- Troubleshoot problems which are forwarded by the performance management, field, optimization, QoS and Customer Services teams
- Analyze databases, tracers, symptoms leading to trouble shooting of various complex problems related to call-flows and connectivity/interoperability issues with different platforms
Essential Skills - Should be highly proficient in Data Core
- Should have hands on experience on R-4 MSCs Huawei/NSN, STPs and HLRs
Desirable Skills - Should have good communication skills
- Should have persuasive presentation skills
- Should possess apt decision making ability
- Should possess effective team management skills
