|
The ideal candidate should Hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer/Electronic or Telecom Engineering Have at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Manage the configuration task as per customers requirement
- Coordinate with other Project Managers to meet customer requirements
- Give solutions containing various protocols (OSPF, BGP, EBGP, MPLS, IPsec, GRE, SIP)
- Develop Customers Requirement Acquisition efficiently, prior to and during preparation of a solution
- Manage high-level solutions for corporate customers according to the projects requirements and scope
- Furnish solutions containing various technologies (auto-failover, link redundancy, bandwidth aggregation, L2/L3 VPN, firewalls etc.)
- Ensure solutions are designed & documented accurately for the Sales team, in an effective and comprehensive manner within timelines
- Ensure post implementation tasks (e.g. MRTG Creation, Acquiring acceptance, activation email to other departments and customer)
- Troubleshoot trouble tickets over the phone or by visiting the customer and non-support tickets for terminations, package change, and line shifting
Essential Skills - Should have knowledge of budgeting
- Should possess an understanding of CCNA/ CCNP
- Should have knowledge about Project Management
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office especially MS Excel
- Should possess an understanding of CCIP/ VoIP / Security
Desirable Skills - Should have good presentation skills
