|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering (Computer/Electronic/telecom)
Job Description
- Attend inter and intra departments meetings
- Get solution design examined by Vetting Panel
- Report assigned projects to supervisor on routine basis
- Conduct technical meetings and presentations with corporate Clients
- Obtain the solution design carefully along with complete documentation, diagram etc
- Coordinate with other Project Managers for complex existing customers requirements
- Acquire customer's requirement efficiently prior to and during preparation of a solution
- Submit solutions to Sales after having the documentation compiled in an up-right manner
- Configure solutions containing various protocols (OSPF, BGP, EBGP, MPLS, IPsec, GRE, SIP)
- Deploy solutions to satisfy customers and get their connectivity issues resolved efficiently
- Troubleshoot enterprise customer trouble tickets over the phone or by visiting the customer
- Prepare high-level solutions for corporate customers according to the projects requirements and scope
- Coordinate with FO, NOC, D&E, Inventory, Procurement, third party, interconnects and sales to deliver the circuits
- Configure solutions containing various technologies (auto-failover, link redundancy, bandwidth aggregation, L2/L3 VPN, firewalls etc)
- Perform post implementation tasks (e.g. MRTG Creation, Acquiring acceptance, activation email to other departments and customer)
Essential Skills - Should have knowledge of Data Networks
- Should have knowledge about Project Management
- Should possess an understanding ofCCNA / CCNP / VoIP / Security
- Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office especially MS Excel
Desirable Skills - Should have good presentation skills
- Should possess excellent communication skills
