Site Acquisition Coordinator

The ideal candidate should

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Description

• Supervise the process of site dismantling
• Manage renewals and deal with change of ownership
• Oversee out of court settlements for all the sites under litigation
• Acquire new sites and obtaining build permits from local authorities
• Resolve ROW (right of way) issues for smooth energization of cell sites
• Understand & correlate the property documents with accuracy on ground
• Ensure smooth conduct of sites audit in relation to minimize the theft issues
• Handle issues related to Cantonment sites including applying for and obtaining NOCs
• Assist team members before/after draft visits, in negotiation and verification of documentation
• Supervise the process starting from acquisition to commissioning; help all departments in loop in case of issues
• Supervise vendors for addressing power issues, NOC's from relevant authorities & or if site acquisition is required

Essential Skills

• Should have knowledge of site acquisition
• Should have knowledge of site energization
• Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
