|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunication, Electronics, and Computers)
- Should have a minimum work experience of 3-6 years of relevant working experience in Operations or Optimization roles
Job Description - Determine subscriber perceived end-to-end network quality of service through network performance analysis and customer complaints
- Report, monitor and perform trending and analysis of CS, PS, IN&VAS network KPIs from performance management tools and signaling systems
- Define and develop KPIs in PM systems and signaling tools
- Conduct analysis of extracted KPIs and maintain their trending
- Identify network problems using performance counters, signal analysis and customer complaints, and recommend changes for performance improvement
- Determine subscriber behaviors and patterns through meticulous analysis of network CDRs
- Conduct impact analysis before and after major network changes, activities, new promos launch and provide recommendations for possible preventions
- Liaise with respective departments for timely problem resolution
- Perform frequent audits of network database configurations, identify the mismatched definitions and raise up with respective teams
Essential Skills - Should possess strong knowledge on any of CS, PS and IN/VAS platforms
- Should possess sound knowledge of SS7 and SIGTRAN protocols architecture
- Should have good statistical analysis and technical reporting/presentation skills
- Should possess sound knowledge of NSN CS/PS, Huawei CS, Acision SMSC and MMSC nodes Should be highly Proficient in MS Office suite.
