The ideal candidate should Hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; MBA will be given preference Have at least 2- 3 years of relevant work experience Job Description - Organize operations as per approved plans
- Support club and customer care teams in the acquisition of new accounts
- Develop documentation for procedures
- Conduct analysis on various marketing and channel activities
- Provide authorization support for various marketing and channel activities
- Support cross functional teams in alignment of objectives
Essential Skills - Should possess strong communication and analytical skills
- Should have an intensive service delivery approach
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially in MS Excel and Visio
- Should be capable of working individually as well as part of a team
- Should possess knowledge of pricing
Desirable Skills - Should have knowledge of profitability analysis and business modeling
- Should possess an understanding of the telecom market, new technologies and handsets
