The ideal candidate should - Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; MBA will be given preference
- Have 2 3 years work experience in Customer Lifecycle management / products
Job Description - Develop plans for post paid customer lifecycle management
- Work directly with DWH/BI and Business analysis and planning (BAP) teams on design of CLM advanced analytics
- Devise plans for revenue enhancement and churn prevention
- Design triggers for customer engagement and use channels such as campaign, loyalty, social media and email to engage customers
- Provide reports on CLM based engagement covering uptake and results from engagement across all channels.
- Essential Skills
- Should secure good business analysis and campaign management skills
- Should be familiar with branding and communications concepts
- Should be well versed with new media; social marketing experience will be a plus
Desirable Skills - Should secure inbound marketing expertise (email & web)
- Should have a good understanding of customer lifecycle management for telecoms
- Should be good at presenting and reporting
