The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
- Have minimum 3 8 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Act as the driver of Database and Business Intelligence for Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Solution.
- Design and build complex Dashboards, Scorecards, Ad Hoc Reports, Drill-Down, Slice & Dice Reports and Scheduled Reports.
- Apply the expertise from prior experience in Microsoft EPM and SharePoint.
- Use the following tools and perform tasks related to all facets of BI including Data Integration - Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Data Warehouse/Data Mart Architecture and Data Modeling, OLAP, Query, Reporting, Analysis, & Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Application Development / Portal Applications Integration - .NET, SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint BI (Performance Point Services, Excel Services and Power Pivot) and SQL reporting (SQL, SSRS & SSIS).
Essential Skills - Should be expert level proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Macros)
- Should be fluent in SQL Server 2008, Data-warehouse and Administration
- Should secure the skills to operate Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution and SharePoint
- Should have some hand-on knowledge of Business Intelligence (SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint BI (Performance Point Services, Excel Services and Power Pivot) and software development life cycle
Desirable Skills - Should secure strong communication and presentation skills
- Should be a team player and be able to perform well under pressured situations
- Should have some working experience in the Telecom industry, preferably with some Project Management experience
- PMP and Microsoft Certified Professional is preferred
