|
The ideal candidate should - Hold a MBA degree from a reputable university; Bachelors in Marketing and IT would be preferred
- Have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Analyze various Jazz offers related to Voice and SMS falling in Jazz Segment with their reporting and presentation
- Roll out of new offers starting from idea generation to launch and then after launch tracking
- Coordinate with various functions like technical, IT, brands, legal for effective launch and tracking
- Work hand in hand with marketing research to share consumer insights in order to drive overall brand strategy and direction.
- Monitor key parameters of revenue and subscriber base to ensure profitability and growth of the segment
- Concentrate on key-areas such as On-the-network and off-the-network calling, International calling and SMS
- Design offers for acquisition and retention drives to contribute in subscriber base growth
- Conduct BTL activities to increase usage and customer engagement
Essential Skills - Should have strong organizational alignment skills to develop and deliver against key strategies
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, market research, finance, operations, R&D, sales, brand partners and agencies
- Should have sound analytical abilities, problem identification and resolution skills and creative/consumer insights abilities
Desirable Skills - Should have some knowledge of statistical tools
- Should be familiar with geo marketing
- Should be proficient in MS Office
