|
- Perform & handle projects, initiatives & deliverables as assigned from time to time by the Manager Sales Planning & Operations.
- Design and conduct trainings programs of ES team;
- Facilitate Telephone Account Managers (TAM) nationwide by providing them the required data;
- Analyze and report the performance of TAMs on daily, weekly, monthly basis;
- Calculate the incentive/commission of TAMs as per their respective KPIs;
- Coordinate and follow up with other teams (internal/external) regarding essential day to day activities;
- Apply techniques and knowledge to enhance revenue and reduce churn
